Since I have been with Sky we have been focusing heavily on quality. We have really been zeroing in on compliance, training and upskilling both our staff and ourselves! We have also put quarterly supervisions into practice to ensure all our candidates are able to work to progress themselves.

My role mainly consists of onboarding and compliance. Onboarding is finding relevant candidates from different job boards and seeing if they have the correct experience. Compliance is then after onboarding, if a candidate is successful I will make their files and make sure they are up to standard.

I am the office mischief maker, I keep the Sky team in check and help with recruitment where I can. My main role is providing cuddles, and chewing everything I find.
